Our Warranty

Warranty Period:
We offer a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. The exact warranty duration is stated in the respective product details.

Scope of Coverage:
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that are not caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. If a defect arises due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace the defective product free of charge.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us:

    Reach out to our customer service via email at info@shoemecharms.com.

  • Proof of purchase:

    Have your order number and proof of purchase ready. For a warranty claim, we require either a receipt or invoice. An order confirmation is not sufficient.

  • Photo evidence:

    Send us a picture of the defective charm along with a photo of the receipt or invoice via email.

  • Returns:

    In most cases, a return of the defective product is not required, unless explicitly requested by ShoeMe CHARMS GmbH. If a return is necessary, we will inform you and cover the return shipping costs in the case of a valid warranty claim.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or natural wear and tear

  • Consumable parts that wear out with normal use (e.g. soles, shoelaces)

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product

Legal Notice

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Swiss contract law (Obligationenrecht). Your legal rights remain unaffected by this warranty.
